Party & Room Rental

Greenhouse

▪ Exclusive use of the greenhouse room

▪ Monday-Thursday $100 (4 hour event)
▪ Friday, Saturday and Sunday $250 (4 hour event)
▪ $1000 minimum food purchase with no bar service
▪ Includes basic tablecloths/ chafing dishes/serving products/setup/breakdown and cleanup.

Greenhouse + Outdoor area east of greenhouse (not including firepit area)

▪ Exclusive use of greenhouse room and designated outdoor area
▪ Capacity: Min: 50 Max:100
▪ Monday-Thursday $200 (4 hour event)
▪ Friday, Saturday and Sunday $500 (4-hour event)
▪ $1000 minimum food purchase with no bar service
▪ Includes chafing dishes/serving products/setup/breakdown and cleanup
▪ Exclusive use of firepit area additional $100

Bar Service

▪ 1 Bartender for every 50 guests
▪ $120 per bartender (4-hour event)
▪ Standard Beer/Wine/Seltzer and Mixed Drinks
▪ Top shelf, premium and special requests will be additional fee

Decorating

▪ No confetti or glitter
▪ Room will be available 2 hours prior to the event for decorating
▪ All decorations must be removed at the completion of your event; there will be a $150 cleaning charge if items are left behind which will be deducted from your deposit

Area rentals w/o catering

▪ Greenhouse $1500 (4-hour event)
▪ Outdoor area east of greenhouse (not including fire pit area) $1500 (4hr event)
▪ Party responsible for all setup/cleanup/tables and chairs
▪ $500 security deposit required— to be returned after inspection of room/grounds
▪ Outside Catering Company must be licensed and insured
▪ No outside alcohol allowed—-bar service available for additional fee

State and city sales tax of 7% and a 20% Service Charge will be applied to all food purchases. A portion of this service charge may be used to support staff wages, but it is not a gratuity.

To hold the space, the cost of the space rental (i.e. $250 for weekend greenhouse, $500 for indoor/outdoor, $600 for indoor/outdoor/firepit will be paid as a deposit, this will go towards your room rental which will not be added to your final bill.

All Food served in chafing dishes at private events CANNOT be taken home after it has been served, this is a health department violation that can result in us being fined or losing our food license, there will be no exceptions, violating this will result in the loss of your deposit.

The only outside food allowed is a decorated cake from a licensed bakery and must be pre-approved, no other food items can be allowed to be brought in. Violating this will result in the loss of your deposit.
All buffet items will be removed and disposed after 90 minutes.

 

All guests must park at the deli and not the pub
